Return and exchange

At coia, our goal is to make your everyday life a little bit better. We know that all purchase do not always turn out the way we imagined, and therefore it is our priority to help you if you are not 100% satisfied.

Return Policy

Items purchased on coiastore.no can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned to us in the original packaging and in salable condition. You can then choose between a refund of the item(s), or credit in the store to use on something else.

To request a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. This label will also include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns outside the EU.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.

If you receive your package, and it is not what you ordered or your item is faulty (i.e. damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault) please contact us immediately. Make sure to include your order number and a photograph of the relevant item. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lifetime warranty

When you order coconut products from us, you can enjoy the market’s best lifetime guarantee. Since several of the products we make are made of 100% coconut shells, and no additives at all, there is a small chance that the product may crack. Price adjustment policy

If you have purchased an item 14 days before a sale, we can offer you a price adjustment during the sales period. The refund will be refunded back the way you paid. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items. Price adjustments exclude purchases made with credit.
