Lifetime warranty

As our coconut products are made of 100% nature, and no additives whatsoever, you may at some point experience that the product will crack.

Some may last a life time, while others may be more sensitive. The products are unique - just like us, and each product will look and behave in its own unique way.

Although proper treatment of the coconut products in most cases will prevent a crack from happening, we still want to offer a lifetime guarantee - which ensures you a new product free of charge.

If your coconut product purchased from us should crack, then all you need to do is:

1) Take a picture of the damage
2) Send us a photo along with your order confirmation 
3) You will receive a coupon code, which deducts the amount of the relevant product

Please note that although the product is free, you will still need to pay a small amount for shipping.

The guarantee does not apply if the customer has used the product incorrectly, by e.g. expose it to extreme temperatures. The bowls thrive best at room temperature, and can crack if left with food in for a long time, placed in the oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer. Using very hot or ice-cold foods can also cause cracking more quickly.
