25g frozen mango
2 handfuls of spinach
1 measuring spoon of chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2-300 ml of plant milk

Mix everything in a powerful blender, and top with peanut butter, granola, berries, and seeds.

200g strawberries
300g frozen mango
1 frozen banana
100g blueberries
1 measuring spoon protein powder with berry flavor
250-300ml milk of choice

Mix everything in a blender, and transfer to two coconut bowls.
