If you have these available in the freezer, you can enjoy a heavenly treat that has lots of good nutrition and at the same time tastes de-freaking-licious!
Mix this together:
- 1 box of rinsed chickpeas
- 0.8 dl / 5 tablespoons peanut butter
- 60 ml almond flour / oatmeal
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 60 ml maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
Mix everything in a blender and finally stir in 100 g chocolate pieces (or the desired amount if you want more chocolate flavor). Form balls the size of gold balls using two tablespoons and freeze
Easy- (chick)-peasy and oh so yummy!
