Carrot cake for breakfast? YES PLEASE!🙋 ♀️This is a super simple and delicious oatmeal recipe that is the perfect start to the day (and a way to sneak vegetables into your food)
Ingredients (1 serving)
50 grams of oatmeal
1 teaspoon
chopped walnuts (if desired)
couple of raisins
75 grams of grated carrot
20 ml milk
Topping:
2 teaspoons yogurt
1 teaspoon of philadelphia or other cream cheese
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Mix them all in a small saucepan and heat up. Put everything in a (coconut) bowl and top with delicious creamy "icing" and enjoooy!
